By completing your registration and selecting the agreement checkboxes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the policies outlined on this page.

I understand that participating in a Wild Life Retreat may include group gatherings, light physical activity, outdoor environments, and shared emotional experiences.

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating and accept responsibility for my own physical, mental, and emotional well-being during the retreat.

I understand that while care is taken to create a safe and supportive environment, I am responsible for communicating my own needs, limitations, and any relevant health considerations.

I understand that this retreat is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

I understand that this experience may bring up strong or unexpected emotions.

I acknowledge that:

• I am responsible for seeking additional support if needed 
• I will honor my own limits and communicate when I need space or assistance 

To help maintain a safe and supportive environment for everyone, I agree to:

• Respect the privacy and personal stories of other participants 
• Listen without judgment or comparison 
• Contribute to a space of mutual care and compassion 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to release and hold harmless Wild Life Retreat, its owner, and any staff or volunteers from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from my participation in retreat activities.

I understand that I am participating at my own discretion.

• A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to reserve your spot. 
• Final payment is due one month prior to the retreat start date. 
• Payment plans are welcome and may be completed at your own pace, as long as the full balance is received by the final due date. 

• If you need to cancel more than 30 days before the retreat, all payments made—excluding your deposit—may be applied as a credit toward a future retreat. 
• If you cancel within 30 days of the retreat, payments are non-refundable and non-transferable due to the nature of planning and limited space. 
• Credits must be used within 12 months of the original retreat date.

As part of the retreat experience, you share photos of your child. One photo may be thoughtfully selected for inclusion on the Wild Life Retreats Memorial page. These images are used only in connection with the retreat experience and memorial space, and are never used for advertising or promotional purposes without additional permission.

Any photos taken during the retreat will be used in a limited and respectful way.

You may request removal of any image at any time.
